Terms & Membership Disclosures
These Terms explain how The Quarter Council operates, how memberships function, and how reporting is handled. By submitting a membership form or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Organization
The Quarter Council is a business-development company. Our services are designed to support the structure, stability, and long-term growth of participating businesses. We provide vendor-credit accounts, development tools, system scheduling, and reporting services. No legal, tax, or investment advice is provided.
2. Membership Scope
Membership grants access to the services, reporting cycles, and operational tools associated with the tier selected at checkout. Services remain active for the duration of the membership period. All memberships are one-time annual purchases and do not renew automatically.
3. Payments & Records
All payments are logged, timestamped, receipted, and linked to the business information you provide. It is your responsibility to submit accurate and current business information, including name, EIN, address, and ownership details. All payments are final once services begin.
4. Reporting Practices
The Quarter Council furnishes vendor-credit data to participating business credit bureaus according to each tier’s reporting schedule. We affirm that:
- All information furnished is accurate and supported by internal records.
- No inflated, altered, or misleading activity is reported.
- Reporting reflects actual business payment behavior and timelines.
- We comply with standard vendor-credit reporting policies and requirements.
- Credit outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as scoring decisions are made by the bureaus.
5. Internal Vendor Accounts
Quarter Council maintains a limited number of internal, low-cost vendor accounts used solely to verify system functionality and ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant reporting.
These internal accounts represent real vendor relationships between entities under the Quarter Council umbrella. They follow the same schedules, intervals, and logging standards as public Executive accounts and are billed at a nominal internal rate for operational testing only.
Quarter Council affirms that internal pricing does not alter the factual accuracy of any furnished tradeline and that no internal account is used to inflate credit behavior.
6. Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate business information and to update it when necessary. The Quarter Council is not responsible for delays, rejections, or reporting issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the member.
7. System Updates & Changes
The Quarter Council may update processes, features, or Terms as needed to maintain compliance and operational integrity. Updates apply going forward and do not modify previously completed activity.
8. Limits & Liability
The Quarter Council does not guarantee any specific credit score, result, or bureau response. Credit outcomes depend on bureau policies, your payment behavior, and your submitted information. Quarter Council is not liable for third-party bureau decisions, delays, scoring formulas, or policies.
9. Termination of Service
Service may be terminated for misuse, fraudulent submissions, abusive behavior, or actions inconsistent with compliance requirements. Reporting completed prior to termination will remain valid.
